Parts Sales Advisor Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £12.76 per hour Parts Sales Advisor Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of one of the UK's leading automotive businesses based in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, identifying the correct replacement parts, and working with technical catalogue systems. Whilst automotive parts experience is desirable, we are also keen to hear from candidates with experience in other technical spare parts sectors, including commercial vehicles, heating, engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and trade counter sales. Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata) Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate Monday to Friday working pattern Free onsite parking Free access to our perks scheme after your first payment (discounts on electronics, travel, clothing, home, fitness, wellbeing and more) As a Parts Sales Advisor , your duties will include: Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email Using electronic catalogue systems and parts lookup software to locate components Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and retail customers Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor roles Commercial Vehicle Parts Engineering or Industrial Spare Parts Technical Internal Sales involving spare parts identification Trade Counter Parts Sales Confidence advising customers over the telephone and by email Good IT skills and confidence using inventory or catalogue systems If you've previously helped customers identify and order technical spare parts, your experience is likely to be highly transferable, even if you've never worked within the automotive industry.
