Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT License, with the view of moving into a Warehouse Supervisor role, to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in Bishop's Stortford. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well-known furniture distributor operating across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT License, looking for stable weekday work with no weekend requirements.
Your Role
- Receiving, checking and storing goods delivered to the central warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing items for delivery to various sites
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting urgent operational stock requirements when needed
- Working in line with all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months' Warehouse Operative experience
- Warehouse supervision experience
- FLT Licence Required
- Ability to lift and handle items safely in line with H&S guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Pay & Shifts
£13.45 per hour, Monday - Friday, 14:00-22:00, No weekends.
