Pure Staff are currently recruiting for Chilled Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and respected food production business based in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a successful company that values quality, teamwork and reliability.
Working in a modern, temperature-controlled warehouse, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and loaded safely for distribution across the UK. This is a physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday
- Shift start times: 07:00 or 09:00
- Weekday Shift: 07:00 - 16:30
- Weekday Shift: 09:00 - 18:30
- Saturday Shift: 07:00 - 16:00
- Overtime available and paid after 40 hours
- Candidates must be flexible to work both early and late shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using order tickets.
- Complete stock rotation and replenish warehouse stock.
- Safely load delivery vehicles, ensuring all orders are complete and securely loaded.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any accidents, incidents or hazards promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required by the team.

- Previous warehouse or picking experience is desirable but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
