Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our client based in Worcester. Our client is a well-established precision engineering company that works with major businesses within the agricultural and automotive industries, producing high-quality engineered components and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder to join a skilled manufacturing team, with the potential to secure a permanent position, following a successful interview and weld test.

Your Role

  • Carrying out welding work to a high standard on precision-engineered components
  • Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Supporting the manufacture of products for the agricultural and automotive sectors
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in a safe working condition
  • Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop

Requirements

  • Previous welding experience - essential
  • Ability to pass a weld test as part of the recruitment process
  • Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment desirable
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Shifts

  • £15.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity, subject to a successful interview and weld test
