Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading logistics distribution company based in the Daventry area. This is an exciting opportunity to work inside a brand-new, modern warehouse, supporting a reputable and rapidly expanding business.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative will involve a variety of general warehouse duties including picking, packing, goods movement, and stock handling.

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners
  • Working accurately from pick sheets and order lists
  • Sorting, loading and unloading goods
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse organisation
  • General warehouse duties such as pallet wrapping and stock movement
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
  • Following all site health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to use handheld scanners (training provided if needed)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay & Shifts

  • £15.75 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • 22:00 - 06:00
