Salary: £13.45 per hour
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, with full training provided.
Your Role as a Factory Operative
As a Factory Operative , your duties will include:
Operating factory machinery and production equipment.
Preparing, assembling or manufacturing products.
Packing and labelling finished products.
Checking products for quality and reporting defects.
Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products.
Moving raw materials and finished goods.
Potentially doing repetitive/manual work and standing for long periods.
Full training provided
Requirements
Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
Good attention to detail
Able to work efficiently and towards targets
Reliable, punctual and hard-working
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Shifts
£13.45 per hour
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
Friday 08:00 - 13:00
