Duties: Liaising with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders, and deliveries.
Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders.
Managing and responding to queries promptly.
Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
Managing stock control.
Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
Data uploads for e-platform customers i. e., like Zalando, NEXT etc.
Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
