Reporting to the MD you will:

  • Report and drive data quality - CRM reporting (Hubspot) on activity calls, meetings etc.
  • Sales ledger analysis - not bought reports at customer and product level, sales performance reviews.
  • Prospecting - identification, appraisal of suitability and reporting on activity.
  • Pipeline, revenue and productivity reporting; delivering accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance reporting; turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Sales Forecasting; working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM and assisting sales with any updates required.
  • Sampling - review and reporting on status of sampling and success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The candidate will need to be able to communicate with colleagues, customers and other parties verbally and in person, and be able to prepare reports and present them.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a sales operations or business analyst role.
  • Experience of working with CRM, (preferably Hub Spot).
  • Detail orientated, with experience of data analysis and report creation using BI tools.
  • Good understanding of sales performance and metrics.
