The Role:

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive quality monitoring process for all products.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and specifications with Technical Director.
  • Quality Assurance Grapes, Topfruit, plum & cherries - other products as needed.
  • Maintain shelf life and condition test documentation.
  • Calibrate QA equipment in rotation with other QA.
  • Packhouse liaison as required.
  • Deputise for the Technical Director as needed.
