Building and developing strong relationships with European road freight clients, maximising business opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.

Managing supplier relationships to secure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions across Europe.

Preparing competitive freight quotations for both import and export shipments.

Handling operational administration, including creating job files, processing bookings, and issuing confirmations to suppliers.

Coordinating all necessary transport and customs documentation, including post-Brexit customs clearance requirements.

Monitoring European road freight shipments from collection through to successful delivery, ensuring smooth operations at every stage.

Managing invoicing and completing shipment files accurately and efficiently.
