Duties:
- Working closely with the commercial manager and procurement manager within the food service and wholesale markets to assist the team in managing their own portfolio of products.
- Help coordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with strategic supply partners.
- Maintain and develop relationships with growers/suppliers.
- Assist the team in managing the P&L.
- Help monitor and manage stock arrivals ensuring expectations are met.
