Are you an experienced eCommerce professional with a strong understanding of Amazon marketplaces and digital growth strategies? We are partnering with a growing consumer brand seeking an ambitious E-Commerce Account Manager to take ownership of key online marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, profitability, and brand performance across Amazon and other major platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who understands the full digital customer journey and can translate data, insights, and strategy into measurable commercial success.
The Role
This is a 12-18 month fixed-term contract offering the flexibility of fully remote working alongside an excellent work-life balance benefit of a half-day finish every Friday. Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, strategy, and growth of key marketplace accounts, with a particular focus on Amazon Vendor and Seller Central operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketplace growth strategies across Amazon and eBay
- Managing online sales performance in line with forecasts and commercial targets
- Overseeing Amazon advertising and merchandising activity, including budget management and ROI optimisation
- Monitoring and reporting on key digital KPIs including ROAS, conversion rates, CTR, PDP performance and sales growth
- Working closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class product content and brand representation
- Building and implementing promotional calendars, with a strong focus on the UK market
- Managing inventory forecasting and supporting stock planning across online channels
- Providing regular commercial analysis, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience using Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central and AMS
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce and online retail landscape
- Experience leveraging digital performance metrics to drive online sales growth
- Knowledge of key digital KPIs and how to influence performance across the customer journey
- Experience creating and implementing promotional and trading plans
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Linnworks or similar marketplace integration tools
- Business, Marketing or eCommerce related qualifications
