HGV Class 1 Driver on days or nights for immediate starts in Droitwich paying between £17 and £20ph.
Pay rates:
- Days: £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday
- Nights: £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday
- Weekends & Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book holiday.
Duties of HGV Class 1 Drivers:
- Easy trunking to an RDC or a couple of drops (1-4 depending on the route)
- Modern, well looked after trucks
- Curtain sider vehicles
- Start times can vary but we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who are available to start around 05.00am Monday morning and tramp in the lorry until finishing Friday so flexibility is ideal.
- Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
The ideal HGV Class 1 Drivers will have:
- A valid HGV CE Class 1 Driving License
- A minimum of 6 Months experience is essential
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
