About the Role
This
Van Driver
position involves delivering goods to care facilities and commercial locations across the region and further afield. Working within the healthcare distribution industry, you will be part of a supportive operation offering long-term, consistent work with flexible start times where possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete multi-drop delivery routes Carry out between 10 and 15 deliveries per shift Load and unload products safely Deliver goods to customer locations in a professional manner Accurately complete delivery paperwork using an electronic POD device Conduct daily vehicle checks Ensure compliance with all road transport legislation and company procedures Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Shift Pattern
Primarily Monday to Friday No regular Saturday or Sunday work Ongoing work available Start times typically between 05:00 and 07:00 Flexible start times available where operationally possible Shift lengths between 8 and 12 hours Long-term opportunities for reliable drivers
Requirements
Full UK driving licence Valid Driver CPC qualification Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred Good communication skills Ability to complete manual handling duties Strong attention to detail when completing delivery paperwork Reliable and professional approach to work
