Enjoy recruitment and speaking to candidates, but don't want the pressure of cold calling companies, chasing new business or taking an on-call phone home? Pure Staff is looking for a confident Recruitment Resourcer to join our established Driving recruitment team. Your focus will be simple: find and recruit HGV and Van Drivers for our 180+ strong national client base. There is no business development, no cold calling prospective clients and no out-of-hours on-call.

Instead, you'll spend your time advertising jobs, searching for drivers, speaking to candidates and matching good people with the work we already have available.

Pay & Hours

  • £27,000 per annum + 28 days holiday
  • 37 hours per week:
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
  • No evenings or weekends
  • No on-call
  • No business development

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have plenty of tools and candidates to work with from day one, including access to major UK job boards, CV databases and Pure Staff's own extensive recruitment CRM containing years of historic driver records. Your day will involve:

  • Advertising HGV and Van Driver vacancies
  • Searching job board CV databases for suitable drivers
  • Contacting new candidates about available work
  • Reconnecting with drivers who have previously worked or registered with Pure Staff
  • Understanding what each driver is looking for - including pay, location, hours, shifts and availability
  • Matching suitable drivers with vacancies across our national client base
  • Registering new drivers using our online registration system
  • Completing digital Right to Work checks
  • Keeping accurate candidate records and building relationships for future vacancies

The phone will be an important part of your day. We're looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations, asking good questions and generating interest in the opportunities we have available.

Who Are We Looking For?

Recruitment experience would be great, but it definitely isn't essential. You could currently work in recruitment, telesales, customer service, a call centre.
