Duties and Responsibilities
As a
7.5 Tonne Day Driver , your responsibilities will include: Delivering automotive parts to commercial customers throughout the region Completing approximately 4 to 6 deliveries per shift Carrying out occasional collections where required Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently Completing handball and heavy lifting duties Using electronic POD devices to accurately complete delivery paperwork Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday Ongoing work available Typical start times between 06:00 and 09:00 Flexible start times available depending on operational requirements Shift lengths typically between 8 and 12 hours Weekend shifts available when required
Requirements

role, you must have: Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous commercial driving experience preferred Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations Ability to complete physically demanding deliveries and heavy lifting Strong attention to detail when completing delivery documentation Professional and reliable attitude
