Pay Rates PAYE (Accrued Holiday) Monday to Sunday: £17.50 per hour PAYE (Rolled-Up Holiday Pay) Monday to Sunday: £19.61 per hour Drivers can choose whether to receive accrued holiday pay or rolled-up holiday pay as part of their hourly rate. The Role As a HGV Class 1 Night Driver , you will be completing multi-drop deliveries of chilled products to a variety of customers, including retailers, schools, hospitality venues and commercial premises throughout the region. Typical duties include: Multi-drop deliveries of chilled goods Completing daily vehicle defect checks Loading and unloading deliveries where required Safely securing and transporting goods Completing delivery paperwork and POD documentation Ensuring deliveries are made on time and to customer requirements Complying with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations Maintaining excellent standards of professionalism and road safety This HGV Class 1 Night Driver role involves working within a busy logistics and distribution environment where reliability, attention to detail and customer service are essential.
