Class 2 Refuse Driver needed in Yate for ongoing position
Pure Staff are currently looking for a Class 2 Refuse Driver in Yate.
Pay rates
Monday to Friday days paid at £22 per hour. Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees. Shifts start from around
6am .
Duties of the Class 2 Refuse Driver
Collection of waste and recycling
Monday to Friday shifts
Working in a crew alongside loaders
Manual handling, as you will need to assist loaders with bins
Driving around residential areas
Our clients are looking for a candidate who can not only drive an HGV Class 2 refuse lorry successfully but also has good communication skills to ensure that all collections are completed in a timely manner by liaising with the transport team.
The Class 2 Refuse Driver will require
HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
New passes accepted
CPC Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Clean driving licence preferred, with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR or DD codes)
Additional to the pay, you will accrue holiday pay, payable with
7 days' notice of booked holiday . You will also be enrolled into a pension after 3 months. Our Worcester branch recruits nationally and can provide online registration services for your convenience.
