Our customer is a long-established food manufacturing and distribution business, supplying high-quality poultry products to major retailers, food service providers and manufacturers across the UK. Pay Rates Standard PAYE Monday to Friday: £17.00 per hour Saturday: £18.00 per hour Sunday / Bank Holiday: £19.00 per hour PAYE with Rolled Up Holiday Pay (Optional) Monday to Friday: £19.05 per hour Saturday: £20.17 per hour Sunday / Bank Holiday: £21.29 per hour Rolled up holiday pay is available as an optional payment method, giving drivers the flexibility to receive their holiday entitlement as part of their hourly rate. As a Class 1 Day Driver , you will be delivering goods to stores and customer locations across both local and nationwide routes. Typical duties include: Completing between 1 and 3 deliveries per shift Store deliveries throughout the UK Operating a tail lift safely and efficiently Completing PODs and all delivery documentation accurately Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects Providing a professional and courteous service at customer sites Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time This role involves customer-facing deliveries and requires excellent professionalism and communication skills.
