Our multi‑disciplinary team is driven by the needs and goals of our patients and dedicated to ensuring that they receive the personalised care they need to enable them to lead the active lives they deserve.
Location: Hybrid. Working remotely and across our 8 London clinics with at least one day per week at our head office in Kensington.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Overseeing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Accountability for our social media activity, creative concepts and design, and campaign plans with the executional support of a Marketing Executive.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing strategic adjustments to optimise performance.
- Collaboration with various third parties including our digital marketing agency to ensure that our website is correct, consistent and up to date with all content optimised for both organic and paid digital marketing.
- Defining content priorities whilst creating and delivering new content and making updates to existing content where required.
- Coordinate, build and send both B2C and B2B email communications.
- Coordinating media opportunities, working in collaboration with our PR agency, including preparing strategic communications and coordinating clinician contributions.
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Director in the delivery of strategic partnerships.
- Supporting the clinical team with marketing expertise and design to deliver focused services.
- Manage and deliver the brand’s event calendar including supporting clinicians in the delivery of clinical events, ensuring that business objectives are prioritised.
- Managing, mentoring and supporting the Marketing Executive in the delivery of their role.
- Providing guidance to the business and reporting on campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role is essential.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager working in healthcare is desirable.
- HND/HNC or Degree in Marketing, or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience planning and running digital marketing campaigns, including email, social and managing a website is essential.
- Experience in event management, including presentations, sales materials, comms and working with agencies.
- Experience of working with marketing platforms including HubSpot, Adobe and Canva is desirable.
- Proficiency in content creation across video, podcasts, photography and design (experience in all is not essential, but preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office and its software including Copilot.
- Ability to apply AI platforms to achieve day‑to‑day efficiencies.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- An effective, articulate and influential communicator.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
