As Digital Marketing Manager, your role will include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Overseeing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of our website and online booking platform with the support of our web agency.
- Responsibility for all organic and paid digital marketing activities, working in close collaboration with our digital marketing agency.
- Development and execution of our brand content strategy.
- Accountability for our social media activity across relevant channels, overseeing creative concepts, design and campaign plans with the executional support of a Marketing Executive.
- Development and implementation of our CRM strategy with responsibility for all digital patient communications.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing strategic adjustments to optimise performance.
- Defining content priorities whilst creating and delivering new content and making updates to existing content where required.
- Supporting the clinical team with digital marketing expertise and design to deliver focused services.
- Managing, mentoring and supporting the Marketing Executive in the delivery of their role.
- Providing insight and guidance to the business and reporting on campaign performance.
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Director in strategic planning, development and reporting, and the delivery of strategic projects.
What we're looking for:
- Do you have previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role?
- Do you have previous experience planning and running digital marketing campaigns combining SEO, paid search, organic and paid social, email, and website management?
- Are you proficient in using Google Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMrush or equivalent?
- Do you have experience managing successful relationships with marketing agencies?
- Do you have experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot to grow customer engagement and loyalty?
- Are you proficient in content creation across video, podcasts, photography and design?
Desired Experience:
- Do you have HND/HNC or Degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent?
- Do you have experience of working with design platforms such as Adobe and Canva?
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong commercial sense.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and its software, including Copilot.
- Ability to apply AI platforms to achieve day-to-day efficiencies.
