The Role
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Spa/Beauty Therapist to join our busy, high-performing city centre spa in Bristol, or our tranquil country spa within the Witney Lakes Country Club resort. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver exceptional treatments while supporting the day-to-day running of the spa. You’ll play a key part in driving performance, supporting the team, and ensuring every client receives a consistently high-quality experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering treatments to an exceptional standard (massage, facials, beauty essentials)
- Supporting the Group Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa
- Driving personal and team targets, including retail and course sales
- Acting as a role model on the floor – setting standards in treatment and client care
- Supporting therapist development through guidance and leading by example
- Managing your own diary to maximise productivity and utilisation
- Assisting with stock control, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation
- Helping to create a seamless, luxury client journey
About You
- Qualified Beauty/Spa Therapist (Level 3 essential)
- Confident across a range of treatments including massage, facials, and waxing (Intimate Waxing Desirable)
- Previous experience as a Senior Therapist or ready to step up into a leadership support role
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on targets and performance
- Positive, proactive, and confident supporting others
- Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, working as a team.
