The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a field service engineer, you will predominately be installing Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment. This would include Pipework, Wiring, Condensate Drains and from time-to-time Cold-room Panels. If Installation projects are not available, you will be required to help the Service team with reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance.
The work is mainly in Home Counties, London and surrounding area. You will however if required work anywhere in the UK or Overseas.
WORKING HOURS: Contracted Hours are 08.30am until 17.00, however we require Field Service Engineers to leave early to avoid traffic and depending on Project completion times, Engineers will be required to stay on and continue if necessary.
TOOLING: Engineers will be required to have Comprehensive set of Hand tools and Cordless drills, and specialist Refrigeration tooling will be provided.
HOLIDAYS: Engineers will have a Holiday allowance of 20 Days plus Bank holidays Per annum.
VAN: Field Service Engineers will be provided with a Work Van for Work use only. Fuel card will be provided.
UNIFORM: Engineers will be provided with Uniform and PPE.
MOBILE PHONE: Engineers will be offered a works Mobile phone for Company use only.
EQUIPMENT: The client Installs all types of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment including but not limited to the following:
- SCM Frigo Bitzer Compressor Packs
- JE & HALL Condensing Units
- Danfoss Condensing Units
- Copeland Condensing Units
- Water Chillers
- Blast Chillers and Freezers
- Split, Multi system and VRF Air conditioning
- Various Evaporators
- NO CO2
- NO Ammonia
- Walk in Cold rooms
- Pack House Facilities
- Food factories
- Import/Export Food Logistic Companies
- Hotels Air conditioning/Refrigeration
- Restaurant Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
LICENCE AND CERTIFICATION: We will require the Field Service Engineer to hold a Clean, UK Drivers Licence and F-Gas Certificate as a minimum. All other Training Certificates will be welcome.
SICK PAY: Sick pay will be paid on a Case-by-Case basis.
