We’re working with an international organisation to appoint a Treasury Operations Manager to join its London-based treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced treasury professional to take ownership of day-to-day cash, liquidity and banking activities within a complex global environment. The role offers broad exposure across treasury operations, banking management, payments, controls and process improvement, working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity and funding activities
- Execute cash transfers, investments and intercompany funding transactions
- Oversee banking operations, including account management, KYC, mandates and e-banking access
- Monitor payment service provider settlements and resolve operational issues
- Administer letters of credit, guarantees and treasury controls
- Prepare liquidity, settlement and treasury reporting
- Support treasury systems enhancements, automation and process improvement initiatives
About you:
- Treasury operations experience within an international corporate environment
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity and banking operations
- Experience managing payments, reconciliations and treasury controls
- Exposure to treasury management systems, ideally Kyriba or similar
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ACT qualification, accounting qualification, or active study towards one would be advantageous
