Transactions & International Tax Advisory Senior Manager (In-House)

We are supporting a multinational group looking to add a transactions and international tax specialist to their team.
The role is broad in scope but fully advisory led. You will cover: transactions, international tax project work, and financing.
This role would suit someone in practice (covering multinational or PE transactions) or someone in-house in this environment. You may be a qualified tax lawyer or accountant.
The role:
- Transactions - covering acquisitions, disposals, restructures
- International Advisory
- Technical Tax
What we are looking for:
- Tax qualification - ACA/CTA or equivalent
- Transactions & international tax track record - either in practice or in-house
