We are exclusively supporting a Private Capital firm looking to make a Tax Director hire. The group is UK headquartered and the majority of their investments are European.

The role is broad; the role will focus on tax deal and fund structuring work but you will also be required to support on ad‑hoc tax matters for the management group. This is a newly created role.

This opportunity would suit an individual moving out of practice for the first time. Likely at the Director level but, we will also consider Senior Managers. We\’d also like to speak to those with in‑house experience.

A snapshot of role requirements

• Work with deals teams to support on transactions
• Lead tax fund structuring
• Work with external advisors – both accountancy and law firms as and when needed
• Oversight of tax compliance/management group matters

What we are looking for:

• Credit/Private Equity preference
• Strong track record of deal and fund structuring – from practice or an in‑house environment
