The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.

We are supporting an established Tax team looking to make a VP level corporate tax hire.

This role has a compliance and reporting focus.

The role would suit an individual moving in-house for the first time or someone with current in-house experience.

The role will cover/have oversight over: Manage the preparation, review, and submission of UK corporate tax returns and associated filings.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the business.

Lead the preparation of quarterly and year-end tax reporting under IFRS or UK GAAP.

Prepare tax disclosures for statutory and consolidated financial statements.

Review and analyse current and deferred tax positions.

Support the maintenance and enhancement of the tax control framework.

Assist with transfer pricing, Pillar Two, country‑by‑country reporting, and other international tax projects where relevant.

Drive process improvements and automation of tax reporting and compliance activities.
