Pure Search are partnered with a FTSE 250 business looking to hire a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their well established team in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transfer pricing input into a Finance-led initiative reviewing intercompany balances and revenue recognition processes.
  • Assist the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager in monitoring, reporting, and managing transfer pricing-related tax risks and provisions.
  • Contribute to the update of the group’s global functional review, documentation framework, and approach to managing operational transfer pricing.
  • Work closely with Finance teams to ensure transfer pricing policies are properly embedded, applied, and maintained across the business.
  • Support broader tax team initiatives led by senior colleagues, including involvement in areas such as research and development tax incentives.
  • Oversee the annual production of master File and local File documentation in line with BEPS local legislation.
  • Deliver clear, practical transfer pricing guidance to Finance and wider business stakeholders on new initiatives, and support the Change Management Framework where required.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Transfer Pricing experience in practice or in-house
  • Ability to travel into Central London 3 days per week
  • No visa sponsorship available
