We are supporting a specialist litigation practice with a strong track record in large-scale, complex disputes to recruit a talented Associate to join its growing team. You will work alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment, taking on significant responsibility from the outset. This includes managing day-to-day case progression, supervising junior team members, and contributing to wider client and business development activities.

About You

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Essential:

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE (flexibility for strong candidates outside this range)
  • Broad commercial litigation experience
  • Strong academic background (2:1 or above)
  • Confident working with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience in employment litigation (e.g. equal pay claims)
  • Exposure to large-scale or group litigation matters

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent
