This role will lead and evolve the organisation’s treasury capability, ensuring it supports both day-to-day operational needs and longer-term strategic ambitions. You’ll operate at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive informed, commercial decision-making.
Key areas of focus include:
- Ownership and continual enhancement of cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Management of banking relationships and funding structures, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Translating commercial performance and strategic initiatives into clear treasury implications, risks, and opportunities
- Providing insightful recommendations on cash, liquidity, and financing at senior stakeholder level
- Embedding a clear treasury strategy, policy framework, and governance structure
- Driving improvements in process, controls, and scalability
- Leading and developing a high-potential treasury team, fostering a more proactive and forward-looking approach
The Profile
We’re looking for a treasury leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, engage, and inspire.
You will bring:
- Proven experience of supporting on financing and funding processes
- Strong track record managing banking relationships and stakeholders
- The ability to interpret wider business performance and anticipate treasury impacts
- Deep understanding of working capital dynamics and cash flow drivers
- Confidence engaging with senior leadership, including CFO and Board-level stakeholders
- Experience contributing to or leading treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives
Beyond technical expertise, you’ll be a hands-on leader who can galvanise a team - setting direction, raising ambition, and building a more connected, commercially minded treasury function.
