Pure Search are partnered with a global E-Commerce business looking to hire a Corporate Tax Manager to their London based team.
This is a compliance & reporting heavy role with ad-hoc responsibilities for tax advisory, international and tax and transfer pricing.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive oversight of direct taxation activities, including compliance delivery, financial reporting accuracy, governance controls and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage preparation, review and submission of statutory tax documentation, collaborating with external specialists where required and ensuring robust adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Deliver accurate tax accounting processes under IFRS frameworks, including balance sheet reconciliations, disclosure requirements, data validation and reporting integrity.
- Develop technical analysis, forecasts and written assessments to support senior decision-making, audit processes and effective tax governance.
- Provide specialist input on international taxation matters, including transfer pricing frameworks, cross-border considerations, operational structures and related risk assessments.
- Partner with finance, transformation and operational stakeholders to evaluate the tax impact of strategic initiatives, improve processes and embed effective compliance solutions.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- UK corporate tax experience is compulsory
- Ability to travel into the London office minimum 3 days per week
- No visa sponsorship required
This is a full-time role paying up to £100,000 + bonus, based in the Central London office 3 days per week.
