We are supporting an internationally recognised business looking at expanding their London tax team. This is an incredibly broad role and would suit an experienced Manager/Senior Manager.
The role includes:
- Acting as a tax business partner across the organisation, building strong relationships with finance, legal, and external advisors.
- Leading and supporting on a range of tax projects including restructurings, acquisitions, and compliance matters.
- Overseeing UK and Ireland corporate tax compliance, working with internal teams and external providers.
- Managing quarterly tax reporting and forecasting, including effective tax rate (ETR) and cash tax projections.
- Liaising with HMRC on complex or non-standard issues.
- Staying up to date with UK and international tax developments and contributing to global tax initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally, ACA/CTA qualified.
- In-house experience preferred but open to seeing those directly from practice firms.
- International or listed experience preferred but not a must.
