Base pay range

Senior Tax Manager | Corporate Tax | London | £100-115,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Financial Services Group

We are supporting a leading financial services group as they look to expand their Tax team. This role will serve as number 2 position, reporting directly into the Head of Tax. This is a broad role – you will oversee compliance obligations but, also support on a huge amount of advisory work.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track-record within the corporate tax space. The role would suit an individual who enjoys working with various business units to drive tax forward.

The role:

• Ownership over the group\’s corporate tax – you will oversee compliance
• Support on ad-hoc queries relating to other taxes such as VAT and employment tax
• Lead tax-related advisory projects, including the roll-out of Pillar Two, other strategic moves and, the launch of new business lines
• Business partner internal stakeholders – including front office and finance teams
• Manage relationships with external tax professionals (including legal and accounting experts
• Strong corporate tax experience – either in-house or within a practice firm
• Financial services experience ideal but, not a must
