We’re supporting a fast‑growing, private equity backed, international group in hiring a Tax Projects Manager to work closely with the Head of Tax. This is a broad, high‑impact role spanning governance, risk management and global process improvement across multiple regions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Tax governance — Build and document Group‑wide tax policies, processes and ownership frameworks.
  • International tax health checks — Review overseas entities and manage follow‑up on identified risks.
  • Interest deductibility — Assess loan positions across territories, including thin capitalisation, interest restrictions and deemed dividend exposure.
  • Global tax risk reviews — Evaluate PE, withholding tax and residency risks; implement regional processes where needed.
  • Acquisition integration — Support finance and tax teams with integrations and resolution of material tax matters.
  • Compliance tracking — Design and implement a global compliance tracker for regional teams.
  • Broader projects — Exposure to M&A, transfer pricing and other strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong corporate and international tax technical grounding.
  • Useful (but not essential) exposure to indirect tax and employment tax.
  • Confident communicator with strong project‑management skills.
