The Firm: Our client has an outstanding reputation as one of the big names in Commercial Litigation, Media Litigation and Reputation Management. The firm\’s work across the disputes practice is global in its remit, dealing with false, malicious and intrusive allegations which are damaging to an individual or company\’s reputation. Our client has been involved in some of the most prominent media disputes of the past 20 years, with clients ranging from high-profile celebrities and political figures through to multinational companies and heads of state. The Role: Joining a well-balanced Litigation team, you will advise on both pre-publication and post-publication matters, acting against a variety of news publishers. This is a rare opportunity to join a leading name in media litigation, with a chance to gain a spread of experience across defamation, misuse of private information, privacy, data protection disputes, commercial and international arbitration, and harassment claims. About You: You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with at least 12 months post-qualification experience of commercial litigation at a leading Legal 500 ranked practice. Previous experience of media or reputation management matters is beneficial, but not essential. In return, our client will offer the chance to join a heavyweight in media law.
