Join a market‑leading advisory firm as a Manager / Assistant Manager, advising Corporate Treasury clients on their most complex financial and operational challenges. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects and supporting business development, working with senior leaders on proposals, thought leadership, and market‑leading propositions while managing a client portfolio aligned to your skills and career goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance transaction support, including due diligence, working capital reviews, management presentations, and client communications for PE and corporate clients.
- Contribute to Treasury advisory across cash management, interest rate, FX and commodity risk, and policy development.
- Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and transaction analysis.
- Advise on and help deliver operational Treasury projects, including cash management solutions and wider Treasury transformation initiatives.
- Support senior team members with opportunity identification and proposal development.
- Coach and develop junior team members across engagements.
- Work effectively within a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
Desired experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), or relevant qualifications such as CFA, AMCT, or a Master’s in Finance, with strong understanding of Treasury‑related accounting.
- Proven Corporate Treasury experience, ideally from a large corporate or consulting environment (5 years exp).
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly digest and interpret large data sets.
- Client‑focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver high‑quality work at pace.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, structured reports for non‑Treasury audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Critical thinker with a natural curiosity and ability to challenge and probe.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on a broad range of work to support a growing team.
- Motivated to build a career in advisory and professional services.
- Experience in corporate finance transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
