We are supporting a financial services group/investment manager that is looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager into its team.
This role will focus on M however, we would also be interested in speaking with individuals who have worked on large corporate transactions within sectors such as energy, infrastructure, or other complex deal environments.
A snapshot of the role: Provide transaction tax input across investments, disposals, joint ventures, and recapitalisations.
Support on due diligence, structuring, acquisition financing, exits, and implementation.
Work closely with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure tax considerations are aligned with commercial objectives.
Advise on financing and capital structuring matters, partnering with internal teams across the business.
Contribute to a range of internal projects, including global organisational changes and restructuring initiatives.
Act as a key point of contact for technical tax matters, including areas such as Pillar Two.
