We are supporting an Investment Manager looking to expand their Tax team. This role will cover UK & International tax compliance oversight, Pillar 2 work and involve project/research led advisory work. This is a number 2 role, reporting directly into the Head of Tax.
The role:
- UK and International tax compliance oversight.
- Transfer pricing policy implementation and maintenance of ongoing documentation.
- Work across teams to provide support/advice on transactions, structures and operational matters.
- Global mobility and employment tax research.
- Stay abreast of changing tax legislation reporting back to the group where needed.
- Internal control support.
What we are looking for:
- Track record in corporate tax - ideally, UK CT experience.
- This could suit someone currently in practice or an individual with current in-house experience.
- FS experience preferred (even better if you have funds knowledge/awareness).
