We are supporting an established Tax team looking to make a VP level corporate tax hire. This role has a compliance and reporting focus.
The role would suit an individual moving in-house for the first time or someone with current in-house experience.
The role will cover/have oversight over
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of UK corporate tax returns and associated filings.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the business.
- Lead the preparation of quarterly and year-end tax reporting under IFRS or UK GAAP.
- Prepare tax disclosures for statutory and consolidated financial statements.
- Review and analyse current and deferred tax positions.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the tax control framework.
- Assist with transfer pricing, Pillar Two, country‑by‑country reporting, and other international tax projects where relevant.
- Drive process improvements and automation of tax reporting and compliance activities.
