I’m working with a leading FS group looking to hire a Senior Corporate Tax Manager into its Group Tax team.
This is a broad in-house opportunity covering UK corporate tax, tax reporting, Pillar Two and CbCR, alongside a good level of advisory and project work. The position will take ownership of key areas of the corporate tax agenda, including oversight of outsourced compliance and tax reporting processes.
Key areas will include:
- Taking ownership of UK corporate tax compliance and overseeing outsourced providers
- Corporate tax reporting and provisions
- Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting
- Providing corporate tax advice to the wider business
- Supporting transactions, restructurings and cross-border projects
- Managing relationships with advisers, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Tax governance, controls and process improvement
For this role - we are looking for:
- Strong corporate tax compliance and reporting experience - ideally within an in-house setting
- FS experience is not needed - we are open to industry background
