Our client, a high growth investments firm operating in the Private Markets space, is now looking to expand their Marketing team with a design-focused marketing professional. You’ll need experience in design gained in a private markets/private credit/private capital/private equity/venture capital business. Design experience within the wider institutional asset management space will also be relevant.

You will specialise in creating high-quality, visually compelling marketing and investor materials that translate complex investment strategies into clear, engaging, and on-brand communications. You will partner closely with senior marketing, client services, origination, and investment teams. The role is heavily design-led, with responsibility spanning the creation, evolution, and ongoing maintenance of core marketing materials across multiple products and strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and production of investor and origination materials, including pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and branded collateral.
  • Leading the visual execution of new marketing assets, while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards across existing materials.
  • Supporting the firm’s digital presence, including website updates, design-centric content creation, and collaboration with external partners and industry bodies.
  • Designing and producing marketing materials for global events across private markets and private capital, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Working directly with senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure, and design excellence to complex financial content.

You will have a strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics, alongside a proactive and organised approach to managing multiple workstreams. You will be comfortable operating in highly professional investment environments where quality, precision, and stakeholder confidence are critical.
