Head of Tax & Treasury in London

Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a global technology business looking to hire a Head of Tax & Treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a global tax strategy aligned with broader financial, operational and growth objectives.
• Establish effective tax governance, controls and risk management processes, ensuring appropriate oversight of evolving regulatory requirements.
• Optimise the overall tax position through commercially sound planning while maintaining an appropriately controlled risk profile.
• Oversee tax accounting, provisioning, reporting, compliance activities, audits, enquiries and resolution of tax matters.
• Manage transfer pricing frameworks, intercompany arrangements and supporting documentation, ensuring consistency with relevant international and local requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of indirect taxation, workforce-related tax matters and the tax implications of organisational and structural changes.
• Lead tax input into transactions, including due diligence, structuring, entity reviews, valuations, integration planning and identification of associated risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Broad tax experience covering corporate tax, transfer pricing, employment tax and VAT
• Ability to operate as a stand‑alone in tax, working closely with the wider finance team and advisors
• Experience working for a large multinational or technology business is advantageous
• Treasury experience is advantageous but not compulsory
• No visa sponsorship available

This is a full‑time role with London offices available. However, can be based remote with quarterly travel. Salary up to £150,000 + bonus.
