- Our client in property development is looking for an
Ethics & Integrity Manager to strengthen their culture of integrity, transparency and trust. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of the Corporate team, reporting to the General Counsel.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve the ethics & integrity framework, including Code of Conduct, AML, fraud prevention, whistleblowing and complaints.
- Translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for teams across the business.
- Oversee speak‑up channels and support investigations into conduct or ethics breaches.
- Assess compliance and conduct risks, monitor trends, and report to senior leadership.
- Design and deliver ethics and compliance training for employees, management and the board.
- Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Operations and external bodies, local authorities and regulators.
- What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk or investigations.
- Proven background in conduct risk, whistleblowing, compliance frameworks or investigations.
- Excellent judgment, communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- Desirable: property, housing, or professional services sector experience, AML/SAR knowledge, sanctions/PEPs exposure.
