Corporate Tax Manager | Asset Management | London | £75-90,000 + Bonus + Package + Hybrid
We are supporting a leading asset manager looking to add a Corporate Tax Manager to its established Group Tax team.
This is a broad in-house opportunity with a good mix of corporate tax compliance oversight, tax reporting and advisory work, alongside exposure to Pillar Two, CbCR and wider tax projects.
The role will work closely with the Head of Corporate Tax and wider Finance and Legal teams, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of key corporate tax responsibilities while also getting involved in transactions, restructurings, cross-border initiatives and tax transformation projects.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Oversight and review of outsourced UK corporate tax compliance
- Supporting quarterly and year-end tax reporting
- Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting
- Providing practical corporate tax advice to the wider business
- Supporting transactions, restructurings and other ad hoc projects
- Managing relationships with external advisers and auditors
- Supporting tax governance, controls and process improvement
We’re looking for an ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified tax professional with a strong grounding in UK corporate tax, compliance and reporting. Experience can have been gained in practice, in-house or through a combination of the two, with financial services experience advantageous rather than essential.
This would be a great move for someone looking for a broad corporate tax role within asset management, with plenty of opportunity to develop their advisory and international tax exposure alongside the core reporting and compliance responsibilities.
