Pure Search are instructed by a leading US law firm who are looking to grow their Corporate team at 1-2PQE in London.
Our Client: Our client is a US headquartered law firm with corporate at the very core of the firm's identity and brand. The firm has established deep expertise in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, private equity and corporate governance, advising a range of clients from start-ups through to established global corporations. The firm has particular strengths in working with some of the leading names in the technology sector, including the likes of Google, Netflix and Samsung. This has seen them consistently globally ranked as a Tier 1 corporate practice.
The Role: This is a broad corporate role focusing on a mix of M&A, where the firm was ranked among the top firms worldwide in 2025, through to private equity, restructuring, corporate governance and capital markets. The majority of the role will focus on public and private M&A deals on a global scale.
About You: You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with exceptionally strong academics and training at a leading Magic or Silver Circle, US or leading international law firm. You will be looking for a fresh challenge where you will be exposed to some of the leading tech, digital media, life sciences and entertainment clients globally.
