The Role

  • Act as a trusted adviser to privately owned businesses, providing commercially focused tax advice across a range of UK and international matters.
  • Support clients through acquisitions, international expansion, restructurings and other significant business events.
  • Build and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and win new work.
  • Collaborate with Partners, Directors and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions to complex tax issues.
  • Oversee corporation tax compliance and reporting engagements, ensuring a high standard of client service.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.

About You

  • ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified with strong UK corporate tax experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work across multiple engagements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive projects forward.
