About the Role We are supporting a specialist litigation practice with a strong track record in large-scale, complex disputes to recruit a talented Associate to join its growing team. You will work alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment, taking on significant responsibility from the outset. This includes managing day-to-day case progression, supervising junior team members, and contributing to wider client and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage elements of complex, multi-party litigation Supervise and support junior team members Work directly with senior lawyers on strategic case development Engage in client relationship management and business development initiatives About You This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Essential: Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE (flexibility for strong candidates outside this range) Broad commercial litigation experience Strong academic background (2:1 or above) Confident working with limited supervision Excellent communication and client-handling skills Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach Desirable (not essential): Experience in employment litigation (e.g. equal pay claims) Exposure to large-scale or group litigation matters Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent Location: London with hybrid working available
