Litigation & Arbitration Lawyer

Seeking an experienced Associate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration. The practice is looking to grow and offers a good balance of investor-state and commercial work, across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead arbitration cases and play a key role in strategy.
• Engage in written advocacy by taking responsibility for pleadings, witness statements, legal briefs
• Provide insightful legal analysis and advice on complex issues about international arbitration law.
• Conduct legal research on comparative and cross-jurisdictional issues in international commercial law.
• Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on case progress and strategic advice tailored to their specific objectives.
• Mentor junior lawyers by providing guidance on arbitration procedures, legal writing techniques, and client management.
