Pure Search are instructed by a leading London law firm that represents a break from \’Big Law\’ in the Private Funds space. Our client has an established Private Funds team that is able to offer something different and more balanced than some of the US and Magic/Silver circle firms, with work/life balance being a key aspect for any lawyer joining the team. The firm has developed a track record of hiring lawyers from larger City firms and being able to offer a more modern and progressive environment, with a genuinely agile approach to working. Specialising in the Private Funds space, you will work closely with fund managers and investors to provide innovative structures for funds, fundraising, and advice around potential restructuring and exit strategies. Advising a sponsor in respect of formation of a private debt fund providing financing to Premier League football clubs; Advising a leading international logistics company on various large-scale logistics investment funds including Enterprise Zone assets with Amazon and Next as tenants; Establishing a £500m+ real estate fund launch and advising clients in respect of prime real estate in London including The Gherkin and 100 Bishopsgate. You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 3-8 years experience in Private Investment Funds. You will have gained private funds experience ideally at a larger international or national firm and be looking for a new challenge where you will be afforded high levels of responsibility and guaranteed genuine respect and appreciation of a work/life balance, with 1350 billable target hours and an exceptional bonus structure (30%+).
