We are supporting an internationally recognised business looking at expanding their London tax team. This is an incredibly broad role and would suit an experienced Manager/Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Act as a tax business partner across the organisation, building strong relationships with finance, legal, and external advisors.
- Lead and support on a range of tax projects including restructurings, acquisitions, and compliance matters.
- Oversee UK and Ireland corporate tax compliance, working with internal teams and external providers.
- Manage quarterly tax reporting and forecasting, including effective tax rate (ETR) and cash tax projections.
- Liaise with HMRC on complex or non-standard issues.
- Stay up to date with UK and international tax developments and contribute to global tax initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ideally, ACA/CTA qualified
- Ideally, in-house experience but open to seeing those directly from practice firms
- International or listed experience preferred but not a must
